About Dr. Kvitko
Dr. Kvitko has been a private practicing dentist for thirty years. He is a general dentist who performs a myriad of procedures in his office. That list includes intravenous sedation, oral sedation, the placement and restoration of implants (both standard and mini), connective tissue grafting, bone grafting , impacted third molar removal, sinus lifting (both open and closed), endodontic therapy of all types of teeth, root resections, hemisections, apicoectomies, retrograde fills, crowns, bridges, porcelain veneers, cosmetic gingival contouring, complete smile makeovers, full mouth rehabilitations, orthodontics, full and partial dentures , dentistry for children and more. Additionally, he has incorporated the latest technology into his practice including Cerec, Biolase, 6 Month Smiles, The DNA appliance therapy, Odyssey diode laser, digital imaging, digital radiography , The Smile Channel and more. His office has ten private fully functional treatment rooms. Each private treatment room is full of comforts including two TV's, one mounted on the ceiling above the patient and one posted next to the chair. In 1992, Dr. Kvitko founded the first urgent dental care facility in the country called "After Hours and Urgent Dental Care." For the last two years, he has been the host of his own, live, call in, radio show, "Dentally Speaking with Dr. Kvitko...everything you've always wanted to know about dentistry, but were too numb to ask." He continues to do his show which airs Sunday mornings at 8:00 am on The Columbus Radio Group/Saga Communications Sunny 95 WSNY (94.7 FM) in Central Ohio. His show is also featured on ColumbusToday.com at 2 pm and 8 pm Monday through Saturday. He will soon finish writing his book entitled, "Dentistry for Kids, What Every Parent Should Know," for which he has secured a publisher. He is the 2009 recipient of The Consumer's Choice Award in Central Ohio as well as The Suburban News 2009 Reader's Choice Award winner. In 2008 and 2009, he was invited to be a "Celebrity Guest Judge" for The Ohio State University College of Dentistry's Clinical Excellence Day. On February 3rd, 2010 Dr. Kvitko was named "The 2010 Business Person of The Year" by The Clintonville Area Chamber of Commerce. He counts, as his patients, a Hollywood actor, an Olympic Athlete, and several Central Ohio radio and television personalities. Dr. Kvitko has given various dental presentations at venues such as The Women's Show, The Academy of Contemporary Dentistry, The NBC4 Health and Wellness Expo and The Food Expo and Women's Show. He has been invited by The Smile Foundation to present at The ATPA Symposium in Las Vegas March 11th through the 14th, 2010. He has also been invited By The Western Pennsylvania Dental Society to give a presentation at The Three Rivers Symposium September 24th, 2010. Dr. Kvitko has also served as an expert witness. Dr. Kvitko is a Member of The American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, The Columbus Dental Society, The Clintonville Area Chamber of Commerce, The Clintonville Rotary Club, the Clintonville Health Community, and The Better Business Bureau. |

About "Dentally Speaking with Dr. Kvitko" Radio Show "Dentally Speaking with Dr. Kvitko," also know as "Everything you've always wanted to know about dentistry, but were too numb to ask," is an entertaining, educational, and enlightening radio program. "Dentally Speaking" is for everyone who has teeth or used to have teeth! We've recently celebrated our 100th episode and in March of 2010.
